Refund policy

30-Night Guarantee

Try any Calmora product for 30 nights. If it doesn't help you rest better, email us at hello@getcalmora.com with your order number and we'll refund you — no interrogation.

How it works

• You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund.
• Items must be in original condition (used gently is fine, damaged is not). For hygiene reasons, opened mouth tape and earplugs are refunded without return — just tell us they didn't work for you.
• Email us first. We'll confirm the return address and next steps within 24 hours (Mon–Sat).
• Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the product arrived defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Defective, damaged or wrong items

Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no return needed.

Order changes & cancellations

Changed your mind? Email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll cancel it for free. After that, your order is already being processed and follows the 30-Night Guarantee above.
