Shipping policy
Free tracked shipping on all US orders
- Processing: 1–2 business days
- Delivery: 7–12 business days
- Tracking: you'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships
- Destinations: we currently ship to the United States only
Multiple items
To get everything to you as fast as possible, items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days. Each package has its own tracking number.
Delays
Delays can occasionally happen during holidays or customs checks. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, email us at hello@getcalmora.com and we'll make it right.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, email us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number (and a photo, if damaged). We'll send a replacement or a full refund — your choice.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, email us within 12 hours and we'll update it before your order ships.
